Ariel Scott is a dancer, choreographer, and certified Countertechnique teacher. She holds a BFA in Dance Choreography from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), and an AA in Dance from Santa Monica College (SMC). Ariel has choreographed for shows across LA and presented screendance work in festivals nationally. She performs with Kybele Dance Theater, a contemporary dance company founded by Seda Aybay. Ariel has been invited to guest choreograph and teach at institutions including SMC, UCI, and CalArts. Ariel also holds frequent open classes, where she delights in sharing Countertechnique with the LA dance community.
